CarePlug Pay provides payment processing infrastructure for telehealth and healthcare businesses. Our services include merchant onboarding, payment gateway provisioning, transaction processing, and related financial services.
To use CarePlug Pay, you must: be a legally registered business entity, maintain all required licenses for your healthcare services, comply with all applicable federal and state regulations, and provide accurate information during the application process.
All merchant applications are subject to underwriting review. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or request additional information for any application. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination.
Transaction processing fees are outlined in your merchant agreement upon approval. Fees may include per-transaction charges, monthly minimums, and gateway fees. All fees are disclosed before account activation.
Merchants must maintain compliance with: PCI DSS requirements, applicable healthcare regulations (HIPAA, state telehealth laws), anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and consumer protection laws.
CarePlug Pay is not liable for: losses resulting from declined transactions, third-party service outages, or regulatory actions against merchant businesses. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. CarePlug Pay may terminate immediately in cases of fraud, regulatory violations, or excessive chargebacks.
